Role Overview
Credx is seeking a Financial Business Analyst to bridge the gap between finance and business operations. The role involves analyzing financial data, supporting investment and credit decisions, and driving insights to enhance business performance within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, credit portfolios, and business performance metrics to support decision-making
- Assist in evaluating financing opportunities, including credit risk and return analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for investment and lending activities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Operations, and Tech) to improve processes and performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks in fintech and private credit
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or private credit
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
